TONY MAMODALY

Founder & Managing Director

Tony Mamodaly is a former professional athlete turned sports industry professional. Once a promising talent in both football and handball, Tony played for the academies of TSG Hoffenheim and the Rhein-Neckar Löwen simultaneously. Although he made two caps for the German youth national team in handball, he made the decision to focus on a career in football, which eventually lead him to 8 caps for the national team of Madagascar.

Yet, Mamodaly ended his professional career at age 21 to move to the United States, where he studied at St. Thomas University and Columbia University. With an MBA in his pocket, he founded Mind Game Sport based out of Miami to help released, yet highly talented, academy players discover alternative career paths at American colleges and universities.

Today, in addition to his agency work, Tony also spearheads the internationalization department of TSG Hoffenheim. We are looking forward to let him share some interesting insights about his work and personal life.
